Located off 1-20 in Lindale (Exit 552), Collin Street Bakery’s 4th location welcomes travelers and frequent visitors year round! Featuring our World Famous DeLuxe® Fruitcake, our bakeshop is full of delectable goodies.
Take a gander at our menu and find homestyle soups, garden-fresh salads, and sandwiches, along with breakfast items and fresh fruit. Our Cinchona coffee bar offers anything from iced coffee to your most gourmet lattes and cappuccinos made from our custom-roasted blend of Costa Rican coffee prepared especially for our bakery.
Lindale bakery guests are welcome to relax in our spacious dining room, as well as our outdoor seating area. A visit with us is sure to leave you happy.
