For coffee lovers, our Cinchona Coffee is a custom-roasted blend of Costa Rican coffee prepared especially for Collin Street Bakery and can be made to fit every taste. Also choose from a selection of mouthwatering pecan cakes, cookies, cakes, cheesecakes, pies, and brownies. Be sure to check out some of our unique gifts and souvenirs. Our bakeshop will not leave you hungry!
